ClientSideTools is a static website published by Nasimul Haq. The website provides browser-based tools for developers, SEO professionals, accessibility practitioners, publishers, technical writers, and privacy-conscious users.

This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you visit ClientSideTools and use its tools.

Local processing principle

ClientSideTools is designed to process tool inputs locally in your browser whenever technically possible. This includes pasted text, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, SVG, Markdown, and local files selected by you for use in a tool.

ClientSideTools does not require an account, login, API key, or unnecessary file upload. Normal tool input is not transmitted to ClientSideTools servers.

Information you provide

When you use a tool, the information you paste, type, calculate, generate, or select is used by your browser to produce the tool output. That information remains under your control on your device unless you explicitly send it elsewhere.

If a tool provides a feature that fetches a remote URL, the request is made by your browser to the URL you provide. That request is subject to the privacy practices of the destination server.

Information stored in your browser

ClientSideTools may store small preferences in your browser using localStorage. For example, your selected color theme may be stored under the key cst-theme so the site can respect your preference on future visits.

This preference storage is local to your browser and is not used to identify you.

Hosting and network requests

ClientSideTools is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. When you visit the website, standard network and hosting infrastructure may process basic request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and related technical data for delivery, caching, availability, and security purposes.

ClientSideTools does not operate an application server that receives your tool inputs as part of normal tool operation.

Cookies and similar technologies

ClientSideTools does not currently use ClientSideTools-set advertising cookies or tracking cookies for its own profiling purposes. Some hosting or security features provided by infrastructure operators may use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary or related to service operation.

Advertising is not currently active on ClientSideTools. If advertising is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated, and advertising behavior will be disclosed clearly.

Children
